The Wight List exists because the Island deserves something better.
A place where local employers can advertise directly, job seekers can discover genuine opportunities, and both can trust that every listing has been reviewed by a real person before it goes live.
It's independent, island-owned and deliberately simple. Employers pay a flat fee to advertise. Job seekers will always use The Wight List for free. No recruiters taking a cut. No hidden fees. Just local jobs connecting directly with local people.

Over time, The Wight List will grow into a broader Island hub, with a directory of local businesses and an events calendar sitting alongside jobs.
