Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. This policy covers both.
These are required for the site to function and are set automatically. They cannot be disabled. They are set by The Wight List only and are never shared.
We keep a few small items in your browser's own storage. None of them identifies you and none is sent to anyone else.
With your permission, we use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors find us and where we can improve. It loads only if you agree to it, on the cookie banner or in your Privacy Centre. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free: it does not set any cookies or store any persistent identifier on your device. Instead it uses a daily-rotating, anonymised hash that cannot be traced back to you. The statistics are processed for us by Vercel.
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. If that ever changes we will ask for your consent first.
When you pay for a listing you are taken to Stripe's own checkout page, and if you sign in with Google you pass through Google's sign-in page. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. Job seekers can also use their Privacy Centre (/me/privacy). Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
